The Standard Spanshade System can build Span Shade structures up to 200sm using the Mega system. Mega Knuckles link overhead rafters to ridge posts and give rigidity and shape to the structure. Building Spanshade Structures is streamlined as angles, fittings and CHS tubes sizes are constant. CHS tube of 114mm OD is used on both rafter and ridge for Mega "Y" Ridge Knuckles. Wall thickness is 4.5mm medium. These are fixed sizes and only the cut lengths change as the Spanshade Structure changes size.
All measures are in mm OD or Outside Diameter. Engineering is recommended for all Spanshade Structures. Cranes may be required to assemble Mega Spanshade Structures. Recommended only for experienced shade structure installers.
