Each Heavy Duty Spanshade Set can support a structure up to 128sm each on four posts. A HD Span Shade Set comprises 6 Items -4 Heavy Duty Elbows and 2 Standard Ridge Knuckles.

A HD Elbow fits a 114mm OD leg and a 76mm OD rafter. These form the corner of the span shade structure units.

A Standard Ridge Knuckle fits into a 76mm OD rafter and a 76mm OD ridge tube to form the overhead steelwork.

Overhead steel tube wall thickness for 76OD must be 2.3mm extra light. Post wall thickness for 114OD is 4.5mm OD medium. Use only advised wall thicknesses.

All sketch measures are in mm OD. Circular Hollow Section (CHS) steel tube used. Fittings and tube sizes are set and only the cut lengths of tube changes to suit the final size of the Span shade.
