Application

These terms and conditions apply to any trading with Shade Fittings. Applies to our website, website trading, invoicing emails, hard copies, social websites.  Shade Fittings is a trading arm of Hytech Plastics Pty Ltd ABN 17 050 562 402
Privacy Commitment 
Under law, your rights to privacy are protected and Shade Fittings acknowledges and respects the trust you are placing in us when using our services.

Pricing

While all effort has been made to ensure that prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, for any reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Third Party

Shade Fittings will not disclose any information obtained from its customers to any third party without prior consent.
Customers’ personal information is not sold, rented or made available to anyone or any organisation outside Shade Fittings.  We do keep customer names and addresses on file but only for use within our company.

Promotional Material

We may send out newsletters or sales promotions to the addresses on our customer listings however if you do not wish to receive promotional material through our Newsletter or via email, please contact us, or click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of our newsletters.

Product  Descriptions

While every care has been taken to ensure the information provided is accurate, products change and information may change.  While we  endeavour to keep the information updated, Shade Fittings accepts no liability for any incorrect information.  Customers may wish to double check measures and weights for accuracy before using them. 
Material on this website  should not be copied, emailed, reproduced or republished without Shade Fittings consent. 

Engineering

We support high quality products and constructions that comply to The Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards. Shade Fittings offers and recommends engineering for Span Shade structures using the Span Shade Knuckle System.  Hytech Plastics Pty Ltd trading as Shade Fittings will not be liable if Span Shade knuckles are not used in accordance with  those engineering specifications.

Out of Stock Products
We try to ensure a continuous supply of stock.  In the event of an item being out of stock we will fill the order with in stock items and dispatch what is in stock. Out of stock items will not be charged and will not appear on the tax invoice emailed to you upon goods purchase. We suggest you review your invoice.
 
If goods are not in stock we may also contact you for instructions as to how you would like us to proceed with the balance of your order.  Similar products may be in stock and you may wish to substitute for the missing items. This will not be done without your prior consent.

Payments

Goods purchased through Shade Fittings must be paid prior to dispatch. Payment delays will lead to shipping delays. 

Customer accounts may be opened. This is encouraged for repeat and trade customers. Historical purchase information, pending orders and account details are available anytime you log in.   If an account  has been approved and  opened you will receive written email confirmation.  Opening an online shopping account with Shade Fittings offers many advantages but please don't confuse this with a term trading account. All goods purchased online by both visitors and eShop account customers do require  payment prior to dispatch.

We offer Paypal which accepts credit cards, and Direct Deposit for payment. Goods can be purchased direct from our factoery outlet.

Please ensure that payments have been acknowledged for goods bought. Check for your email payment confirmation or evidence of payment from your bank accounts. An order receipt is not evidence of payment only evidence that an order has been placed.  

GST (Goods & Services Tax - 10%)

Australian GST of 10% applies on all products shown on the Shade Fittings eShop website. GST is clearly disclosed and will be identified and included on invoices. International orders may be exempt from Australian GST in which case the net price will apply. International orders must be shipped to an International address.

Currency
All prices shown are in Australian Dollars. Payment is required in Australian dollars.
